The SAFSITE® needle-free valve from B. Braun OEM/Industrial offers a safe and simple method of IV line access using any standard male Luer connection. The male adapter opens the valve and allows bi-directional flow. The valve automatically closes when the male Luer is removed, preventing fluid back flow.

The normally closed two-way SAFSITE valve features both female and male Luer lock connections and provides a dead-end cap to protect the valve when not in use. It is ideal for applications such as intermittent injection, aspiration or infusion of fluids.

The SAFSITE valve is available in a variety of design configurations, including in-line, T-port, Y-site, extension set and dispensing pin options.
